Suite № 203 is located in a family villa "Alexandra-T" located 120 m from the sea. The beach is coarse sand and gravel. Only 100 m separate the house from the legendary fish restaurant "Three fishermen", which is the hallmark of the coast of Bečići-Rafailovići, store, pharmacy, sports ground, beauty salon. The room is equipped with nice furniture and a high quality finishing. Cleaning service at any time, at the request of the guests, free of charge.

Bathroom with shower, TV with satellite channels, many of which are in Russian, air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, kitchen with set of dishes, refrigerator. The road to the sea is 120-130 m along the footpath (no steps), about 3 m wide and not too steep. The hosts prepare buffet for breakfast (5 euros) and dinner (8 euros). The website has a link to a family restaurant, with photos and prices. Cleaning and change of towels daily at no extra charge.

Also in the close vicinity of the house there is a car parking for guests, and a free seven-level parking 80 meters from the house. Tourist tax is paid in addition: 1 euro per day per person over 12 years old, children up to 12 years - not required.

Apartments № 6 and 9 are equipped with all necessary facilities, 2 separate bedrooms - with satellite TV, many of which are in Russian, air conditioning, Internet WI-FI, washing machine, kitchen with set of dishes, microwave and refrigerator, two bathrooms, one with shower. In addition, the apartments have modern and comfortable furniture.

In all apartments № 6, 7, 8, 9 there are studios with kitchen, bedrooms, terraces overlooking the sea, the area of the terraces is not included in the total area of apartments. The apartments are located on the top floor in a new house. However, at the entrance it may seem that this is the first floor. This impression is created because of the local topography - the house is located on the picturesque coast of the village of Rafailovići. Experienced travelers know that the rent of property in Montenegro is relatively available in terms of cost.

Check-in for guests is 11:00-19:00, check-out is 09:00-10:00. For those who depart in the evening, it is possible to leave luggage in the storage room and spend the remaining time on the beach. And then take a shower and get ready for departure in comfortable conditions.
